Method: the Pendulum section of craft/EPISODE-FRAMEWORK.md. Plan: down (Ep12 -> Ep2) extracting demands, integrate into Episode 1 rev 2, up (Ep2 -> Ep12) extracting echoes, integrate into rev 3. Cards: python3 pipeline/story_api.py oblique draw (seeded).
Result: 37 demands found going down; 5 new ones found going up (convergence ratio 14%); 6 contradictions found and resolved; 29 plants in the graph; Episode 1 is rev 3 at the end of round 1 (409 bars, 10:14; rev 4 later added the Graduate: 412 bars) with every demand landed inside an existing scene (no scene id added).

The sticker is the season's runner: it is placed in Ep1 (the public name), and each episode's leaf is where it appears or changes (a badge border, a line item, a lighter flame, the transcript cover, the box, the minutes, the list, the envelope, every wall, the bank door). Ep12 has no sticker anywhere: Dolly is the one thing marked by nothing. The plants live on the scene nodes of story/nodes/episode/ep1.json (plan.plants); python3 pipeline/story_api.py lint ep1 checks that every plant pays.
